CHAPTER PRESIDENT

My name is Bella Naish, and I have the honor of serving as Chapter President for Alpha Gamma Delta this year.

When I think about Alpha Gam, I don’t just think about a chapter or an organization, I think about the women who have quietly shaped me during some of the most formative years of my life. Since Bid Day, Alpha Gam has given me a place where I feel both challenged and deeply supported. In a season of constant change, these women have been my steady ground and the people who fully see me, call me higher, and love me through every season of my life.

I fell in love with Alpha Gam during recruitment because I felt something rare, the freedom to be exactly who I was without needing to prove myself. I left each round feeling lighter, more confident, and more at peace, trusting that this was a sisterhood where I would be known and seen. That feeling only grew once I joined. Since freshman year, the women in this chapter have exceeded every expectation I had, teaching me what it looks like to lead with humility, show up with intention, and care for one another in meaningful ways.

The women of Alpha Gam are ambitious, thoughtful, and deeply invested, not just in their own growth, but in each other’s. I have watched our members pursue excellence in academics, leadership, and service, while still choosing kindness and grace in the everyday moments that matter most. Our chapter is built just as much in late-night conversations and shared laughter as it is in the quiet moments when we show up for each other without being asked.

I truly believe that each girl leaves the chapter better than they came, and they leave with memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. Alpha Gam has taught me what true friendship is and the importance of what it means to be a sister. One line of our purpose is “to cherish friendships,” and I am confident that I will be doing just that once my time at Auburn is over.

Over the past three years, I have witnessed the strength of this sisterhood through every season. The celebrations, the uncertainties, and the moments that require quiet courage are the ones that bring us together. On our best days, these women celebrate wholeheartedly. On the hardest days, they show up with grace, sincerity, and an unwavering sense of compassion.

Alpha Gam has shaped me into the woman I am today. It is a privilege to lead a chapter of women who are committed not only to lifelong friendship, but to making a meaningful impact on Auburn’s campus and in our community.
